Force.com developer is a key member of the digiCloud Solutions and is responsible for the timely and effective delivery of Salesforce requirements from various business contexts. Using out-of-the-box thinking and SFDC knowledge, the developer is responsible for managing all aspects of Salesforce.com (SFDC) including configuration, customization, implementation of applications and 3rd party integrations. Successful candidates should be comfortable collaborating with customers, partners, internal stakeholders and team members to build creative solutions.

As a Force.com developer, you are expected to have...

  • MUST HAVE: Salesforce.com DEV401 or APP BUILDER Certification.
  • CRM domain knowledge (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud)
  • Custom development experience in Force.com using Visualforce and Apex with a strong understanding of SOQL
  • Added advantage: Lightning component development experience.
  • Experience of 3rd party integrations using SOAP/REST APIs.
  • Proficiency with XML / JSON, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, JQuery, AJAX
  • Results-driven; strong aptitude and willingness to learn new technologies and acquire new skills through independent study, and professional training
  • Strong team player with service-oriented attitude and customer focus
  • Demonstrates strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to apply reasoning and skill in solving complex problems
  • Reliable, dependable and trustworthy in completing assigned work

Salesforce consultant is a customer facing role; a key member of the digiCloud Solutions and is responsible for the timely and effective delivery of Salesforce requirements from various business contexts. Consultant is responsible for understanding customer requirements & business processes and is able to map them into Salesforce processes. Successful candidates should be comfortable collaborating with customers, partners, internal stakeholders and team members to build creative solutions.

As a Salesforce consultant, you are expected to have...

  • MUST HAVE: Salescloud / Servicecloud / Marketingcloud/ (Pardot) Certification.
  • CRM domain knowledge (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud)
  • Individual contributor with ability to create quick PoC’s as per customer needs and support pre-sales.
  • Able to do Fit Gap analysis and generate Fit Gap reports.
  • Should be able to generate requirements definition documents and drive the requirements definition and traceability matrix.
  • Custom development experience in Force.com using Visualforce and Apex with a strong understanding of SOQL
  • Lightning component development experience.
  • Experience of 3rd party integrations using SOAP/REST APIs.
