Role & responsibilities
 Identify and qualify new business opportunities through calls, emails, and online research.
 Reach out to prospective clients to present company offerings and schedule meetings or product
demonstrations.
 Manage and nurture relationships with leads and existing customers to drive repeat business.
 Maintain accurate and updated records of sales activities in the CRM system.
 Collaborate with the marketing and field sales teams to develop strategies for lead generation and
conversion.
 Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management.
 Understand customer needs and provide suitable product or service recommendations.
 Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and follow-ups with clients.
 Gather market intelligence and competitor information to improve sales effectiveness.
Preferred candidate profile
 Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
 14 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or business development (B2B).
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
 Strong ability to understand customer requirements and close sales effectively.
 Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
 Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
