Role & responsibilities
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through calls, emails, and online research.
Reach out to prospective clients to present company offerings and schedule meetings or product
demonstrations.
Manage and nurture relationships with leads and existing customers to drive repeat business.
Maintain accurate and updated records of sales activities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing and field sales teams to develop strategies for lead generation and
conversion.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management.
Understand customer needs and provide suitable product or service recommendations.
Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and follow-ups with clients.
Gather market intelligence and competitor information to improve sales effectiveness.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
14 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or business development (B2B).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to understand customer requirements and close sales effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
