Key Responsibilities

 Identify, prospect, and qualify potential clients within the assigned region or industry vertical.
 Promote Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) and our
consulting services.
 Conduct in-person client meetings, demos, and presentations to decision-makers.
 Collaborate with the pre-sales and delivery teams to design and present tailored Salesforce
solutions.
 Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
 Maintain and update CRM records (preferably Salesforce) for all client interactions and
opportunities.
 Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
 Build strong relationships with Salesforce account executives to co-sell and co-market offerings.
 Stay informed about Salesforce updates, partner programs, and market trends to enhance sales
effectiveness.


Required Qualifications & Skills

 Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
 2-5 years of experience in B2B field sales, preferably in IT solutions, SaaS, or CRM domain.
 Proven experience in selling technology or digital transformation services.
 Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem or prior experience with CRM platforms is a
plus.
 Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
 Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
 Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
