About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Salesforce Technical Lead to oversee the
design, development, and implementation of Salesforce-based solutions. The ideal candidate
will possess deep technical expertise in Salesforce architecture, hands-on experience in
custom development, and a proven ability to lead technical teams and communicate
effectively with end customers.

Key Responsibilities:
 Lead the end-to-end technical design and implementation of Salesforce solutions
across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related modules.
 Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and clients to gather
requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs.
 Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and
administrators throughout the project lifecycle.
 Develop and implement customized Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning
Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and API integrations.
 Oversee data migration, integration, and automation between Salesforce and
external systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.).
 Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and performance
optimization within the Salesforce environment.
 Conduct code reviews, technical validations, and release management activities.
 Work closely with the QA and DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and
testing cycles.
 Communicate regularly with end customers to provide technical updates, resolve
issues, and ensure alignment with business needs.
 Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, tools, and releases to continuously
enhance solution delivery.

Required Skills & Competencies:
 8–10 years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture, including at
least 3 years in a technical leadership or lead developer role.
 Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Triggers, Workflows,
REST/SOAP APIs, and Integration Frameworks.

 Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience
Cloud, and Marketing Cloud (preferred).
 Good understanding of enterprise integrations with ERP systems (Oracle / SAP)
and other third-party platforms.
 Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps tools for Salesforce
deployments.
 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to
engage with both technical teams and business users.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
