Salesforce Technical Lead

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Salesforce Technical Lead to oversee the
design, development, and implementation of Salesforce-based solutions. The ideal candidate
will possess deep technical expertise in Salesforce architecture, hands-on experience in
custom development, and a proven ability to lead technical teams and communicate
effectively with end customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end technical design and implementation of Salesforce solutions
across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related modules.
Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and clients to gather
requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and
administrators throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop and implement customized Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning
Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and API integrations.
Oversee data migration, integration, and automation between Salesforce and
external systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.).
Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and performance
optimization within the Salesforce environment.
Conduct code reviews, technical validations, and release management activities.
Work closely with the QA and DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and
testing cycles.
Communicate regularly with end customers to provide technical updates, resolve
issues, and ensure alignment with business needs.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, tools, and releases to continuously
enhance solution delivery.
Required Skills & Competencies:
8–10 years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture, including at
least 3 years in a technical leadership or lead developer role.
Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Triggers, Workflows,
REST/SOAP APIs, and Integration Frameworks.
Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience
Cloud, and Marketing Cloud (preferred).
Good understanding of enterprise integrations with ERP systems (Oracle / SAP)
and other third-party platforms.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps tools for Salesforce
deployments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to
engage with both technical teams and business users.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
