Job Description

  1. Financial Planning & Analysis
     Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
     Monitor financial performance and provide strategic insights to management.
     Conduct variance analysis, cost analysis, and profitability studies.
  2. Accounting & Financial Operations
     Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including AP/AR, GL, payroll, and asset management.
     Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end financial closing.
     Maintain internal controls and strengthen financial processes.
     Managed Forex Transactions
     Customer contract terms & conditions define & reviewed
  3. Compliance & Regulatory Management
     Ensure full compliance with Indian statutory laws:
    o Companies Act
    o Income Tax
    o GST
    o TDS
     Coordinate statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.
     Prepare and file all mandatory financial statements and returns.
  4. Financial Reporting
     Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and management dashboards.
     Present financial reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
     Ensure accuracy, transparency, and timeliness in reporting.
    5. Treasury, Cash Flow & Fund Management
     Oversee overall fund management, ensuring optimal utilization of company funds.
     Monitor and manage daily cash flow, liquidity position, and short-term investment decisions.
     Maintain optimal working capital levels and ensure availability of funds for operations.
     Evaluate and recommend investment options, fixed deposits, and treasury instruments.
     Manage relationships with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.
     Negotiate loan terms, interest rates, banking facilities, and credit lines.
     Track fund allocations for projects, capex, and business expansions.

 Prepare fund forecasting models and ensure alignment with business goals.
 Minimize financial risks by implementing prudent fund management practices.
Required Qualifications & Skills


Education

 CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred.


Experience

 10-15 years of experience in finance & accounting.
 Experience working with Indian tax and regulatory frameworks.


Technical Skills
 Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial standards.
 Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally / NetSuite).
 Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.


Soft Skills
 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
 Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
 High integrity, judgment, and attention to detail.
