About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager with proven experience in Oracle
and SAP implementation projects within the IT and software services industry. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, cross-functional
coordination, and direct communication with enterprise clients, ensuring successful
execution aligned with project scope, timelines, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
 Manage full-cycle implementation projects for Oracle and SAP ERP systems,
ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
 Act as the primary point of contact for end customers, managing expectations and
maintaining strong stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
 Coordinate with functional and technical teams to ensure smooth execution and issue
resolution.
 Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation to track deliverables and
milestones.
 Drive requirement gathering, gap analysis, and change management processes in
collaboration with client teams.
 Oversee configuration, customization, integration, and data migration activities.
 Monitor project risks, dependencies, and resource allocation; implement corrective
measures proactively.
 Facilitate regular status meetings and progress reviews with internal teams and client
stakeholders.
 Ensure adherence to quality, compliance, and governance standards across all
project phases.
 Collaborate with pre-sales and account management teams for solution scoping and
post-go-live support.
 Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance delivery
efficiency and client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Competencies:
 Strong experience in Oracle (E-Business Suite / Fusion) and SAP (ECC /
S/4HANA) project management.

 Proven track record of managing ERP implementation, integration, and migration
projects.
 Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to communicate complex technical
details to business users.
 Strong understanding of ERP business processes across Finance, SCM, HR, and
Manufacturing modules.
 Hands-on experience with project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, or similar).
 Proficiency in preparing project documentation, reports, and dashboards.
 Excellent leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
 PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification preferred.

Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related
discipline.
 6–10 years of experience in managing IT / ERP projects.

Preferred Attributes:
 Experience managing multi-module Oracle/SAP implementations for mid to large-
scale enterprises.
 Exposure to Salesforce, cloud solutions, or data integration platforms will be an
added advantage.
 Strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and customer-centric mindset.
