Sales Account Executive
Experience: 4-8Yrs
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and qualify potential clients within the assigned region or industry vertical.
Promote Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) and our
consulting services.
Conduct in-person client meetings, demos, and presentations to decision-makers.
Collaborate with the pre-sales and delivery teams to design and present tailored Salesforce
solutions.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
Maintain and update CRM records (preferably Salesforce) for all client interactions and
opportunities.
Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Build strong relationships with Salesforce account executives to co-sell and co-market offerings.
Stay informed about Salesforce updates, partner programs, and market trends to enhance sales
effectiveness.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
2-5 years of experience in B2B field sales, preferably in IT solutions, SaaS, or CRM domain.
Proven experience in selling technology or digital transformation services.
Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem or prior experience with CRM platforms is a
plus.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
