Experience Range: 4-6 Years

Roles and Responsibilities:
 Analyze and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with
Salesforce capabilities and client goals.
 Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design and implement CRM
solutions, focusing on user needs and system efficiency.
 Identify and recommend process improvements to optimize CRM workflows
across various industry verticals.
 Provide expertise in Salesforce.com to deliver innovative solutions that enhance
client relationship management abilities.
 Conduct comprehensive training sessions for clients to ensure effective use of
CRM tools and features.
 Manage project scope and requirements changes to keep projects on track and
within budget constraints.
 Develop and maintain documentation of CRM processes, solutions, and best
practices for future reference.
 Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM
solutions with existing systems.

Qualifications and Skills:
 Proficiency in Salesforce Clouds, hands on experience in using Salesforce clouds
like Sales, Service, Experience, and Industry Clouds like Manufacturing, CG,
Financial Services etc
 Strong experience of industry domain and process of Manufacturing, Retail & CG,
Real Estate, Financial Services.
 Knowledge of the industry domains to meet unique business requirements and
drive CRM initiatives.
 Understanding of industry business processes to tailor CRM solutions according
to industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
 Expertise in requirements gathering to understand client needs and translate
them into effective Salesforce Clouds
 Experience in requirements management to ensure alignment between business
objectives and technical solutions.
 Ability to manage project scope, balancing client needs with technical feasibility
and scope limitations.
 Experience in providing training to users for effective adoption and use of CRM
systems, enhancing user engagement.
